Rebecca Morch Publishing Ltd - ‘Who Will Save Us?’ - book and project

This fully illustrated and inspirational book on climate change contains a heartfelt and magical story about the penguins of Antarctica. This is followed by a comprehensive section on how to take positive action and over 40 useful contact details.

“A beautifully composed and illustrated book that will inspire children and adults alike. A real example of how to explore what it means to be an active Global Citizen.” Oxfam.

An empowering and educational project is available, which enables schools and young people’s groups to sell the books and raise £2.50 per book. The children/young people work together to decide how to spend the money to help with climate change issues.

Green wood working

Tim Gatfield, a good friend of Magdalen, runs our Clay Oven building courses so we have him to thank for our wonderful pizzas and breads made in our cob oven he built last year. Tim's main time is spent running his green wood working school in a wood near bath. What a way to learn. We at Magdalen know a special place when we see it, and Cherry wood certainly has that extra special touch. Well worth a physical as well as a virtual visit.
