Courses reviving fast-disappearing smallholder skills have proved immensely popular at Magdalen.
Equally popular are our culinary courses, teaching the old farmhouse skills of cheese making, sausage making and baking your own breads.
Pictured, eight sumptuous, sizzling seasonal soups were creatively prepared on our soup day. There seemed to be more staff than usual at lunch that day!
