Course Schedule

All courses start at 10am with coffee on arrival. Each session includes the use of all tools and equipment, ingredients and materials, tuition by an experienced tutor, notes (where applicable), light refreshments and a hearty lunch on day courses.

We keep group sizes small to encourage group participation therefore booking is essential. Certain courses are guaranteed to run no matter how many people are booked on the course but in some instances we have to ensure that at least 4 people are booked on each course.
